Legal notice

Tably is an online service available at tably.works. It lets a company open a workspace for its teams: boards, calendar, files, news feed and assistant.

The service is published and operated under the name Tably. Any request concerning the site, its content or how it works can be sent to pro@tably.works, which is the service's point of contact.

The publication director is the individual who operates the service. Their identity is disclosed without delay to anyone who requests it at that same address, and to any authority that requires it.

The service and the data it contains are hosted on a server located in France, operated by:

Emails sent by the service go through a separate delivery provider. Details of the processors who access personal data are given in the privacy policy.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability, write to pro@tably.works. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

The site sets no advertising cookies, no social network trackers, and no third-party audience measurement tools. The only cookies used are described in detail in the privacy policy. They keep you signed in, remember where a visit came from, and govern maintenance access.

The Tably name, logo, interface, texts and code are protected. Reproducing, adapting or reusing them outside normal use of the service requires prior written consent.

Your content remains yours. The documents, messages, boards and files you upload to your workspace remain your property. We acquire no rights to them: we host them to give them back to you, and for nothing else.

The service is provided as is, with the care expected of a work tool. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, a hardware failure or a provider outage may interrupt access.

• We remain responsible for what is ours: the security of the service, the confidentiality of your data, and the accuracy of what we bill you.
• We are not responsible for how you use the service, the content you upload, or the way your team uses it.
• Links to third-party sites are provided for your convenience. Their content is not our responsibility.

If you believe content accessible through the service is unlawful, report it to pro@tably.works. Describe the content, say where it is, and explain why it seems unlawful to you. We review every report and act promptly when it is well founded.

This legal notice and the use of the service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought by writing to pro@tably.works before any legal action.
