Your teams' tasks,
all in one place

Tably gives every company its own workspace. You add your employees, assign them dated tasks, and the calendar shows who is doing what this week.

No credit card. The demo workspace is already filled in.

Tably en 25 secondes

01Le constat

Qui fait quoi cette semaine ? La question que Tably fait disparaître.

Tably is not just another project management tool. It is where a manager shares out their employees' work, where everyone sees their week, and where nobody needs to ask how a job is going.

Four things,
done well

No Gantt charts, no automations to configure for a month. Tably fits the sharing out of work into four screens your teams understand on day one.

Tasks with an owner

A task has a title, a due date, a priority and a single owner. It moves from To do to Done, and its discussion thread stays attached.

  • Due dates
  • Priorities
  • Board
  • Comments

The week, on one screen

The calendar places each task on its date. Estimated workload adds up per day, and delays show up without having to look for them.

  • Week view
  • Workload
  • Delays

Your employees, not seats

Each employee has a job title, a department and a role. You invite by link, and deactivate someone who leaves without erasing their history.

  • Invitations
  • Job titles
  • Departments

A back office to stay in control

The owner sets permissions, renames the workspace, picks its colour and sees everything that happens in it. Employees only see their own work.

  • Permissions
  • Settings
  • Activity log

From creating the workspace to the first task, fifteen minutes

  1. Create the workspace

The company name is enough. You are its owner, and the workspace address follows from it.

  2. Invite employees

One link per person, one role to choose. They arrive with their job title and department already filled in.

  3. Assign tasks

A title, a date, an owner. The board and the calendar fill up as you go.

Everyone sees
what concerns them

Filtering happens when data is read from the database, not when it is displayed. An employee who opens another workspace's address gets a page not found, not a refusal that would confirm it exists.

Owner

Manages the workspace, permissions and billing. Only one per workspace.

Administrator

Invites, deactivates, changes roles. Does not touch billing.

Manager

Creates tasks, assigns them, sees the whole team's work.

Employee

Sees their tasks, moves them forward, comments. Nothing else.

Ora

An assistant that acts, not one that chats

Ora lives in the workspace and knows what is in it. Ask, and it does it — and you can undo.

  • Create a task due Thursday at 2pm and assign it to me
  • Summarise my week
  • Find the waterproofing quote in the workspace files
  • Who is free on Friday afternoon?

Prepare Thursday's site meeting and assign the minutes to Salomé.

Message Ora…Auto

A work tool keeps its secrets

Private conversations stay private

Messages are encrypted in the database. Neither the company's management nor the Tably team can read them.

Each board has its own permissions

Read, write or manage, board by board. Without permission, you see that it exists, not what it contains.

You can leave whenever you want

Closure is requested from the workspace. Nothing renews, the period already paid runs to its end, and you have thirty days to change your mind.

Monthly, per workspace

The price follows the number of active employees, not the number of tasks. A deactivated employee no longer counts the following month.

What people ask us first

Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The demo workspace opens from the sign-in page, already filled with a team and tasks.
How many people can I invite?
Five with Essential, forty with Team, a hundred with Group. The plan can be changed at any time from billing.
Does the calendar connect to Google?
Yes. Everyone connects their own Google Calendar, and their personal appointments appear next to their cards' due dates.
Who can see other people's work?
Managers see their team's calendar, an employee sees their own. Boards follow their own permissions, independently of role.

Your team will know what to do on Monday morning
